Grab type ship unloader composition

The bridge grab type ship unloader consists of front and rear door frames, front and rear beams, front and rear horizontal trusses, front and rear tie rods, small door frames, diagonal braces, side trusses, machine platforms, hoppers and brackets and other metal structures, as well as lifting, opening and closing, trolley running mechanisms (the three are combined into one, referred to as four-drum mechanism), luffing mechanism, trolley running mechanism, grab and hopper material receiving system, water spray dust prevention system, mobile driver's cab, maintenance facilities, and safety auxiliary facilities such as anti-climbing device, anchoring, mooring, safety hook, limit device; electrical system and other components. It has the functions of grabbing, lifting, trolley running, boom pitching and trolley running, and is reliable in use, light weight, good stability, high ship unloading efficiency, long service life and convenient maintenance. The production capacity ranges from 500t/h to 4000t/h. The current maximum ship unloading capacity reaches 4500t/h. The maximum unloading ship type has reached 400,000 tons.

The bridge grab type ship unloader adopts AC variable frequency drive with energy feedback, which is energy-saving and efficient. It is also equipped with an advanced dry fog dust suppression system, which is clean and environmentally friendly. Its unloading system is equipped with a mobile material distribution trolley and detachable rollers, which can adapt well to environmental conditions and maintenance requirements, and effectively improve the loading and unloading capacity of the terminal.

The bridge grab type ship unloader is a bulk cargo ship unloader that uses a trolley with a grab bucket to run periodically along the bridge frame. During operation, the grab grab grabs the bulk cargo from the cabin and lifts it out of the warehouse. The load trolley runs toward the shore and unloads the bulk cargo into the funnel in the front door frame, and then it is sent to the cargo yard through the belt conveyor system.

The lifting, opening and closing and translation movement of the ship unloader grab bucket are mainly completed by the support, opening and closing and trolley mechanisms. The three mechanisms are driven by the support motor, opening and closing motor and trolley motor through the drum to drive the wire rope to coordinate the grabbing movement.

When a large bridge grab type ship unloader is working normally, it is often necessary to move the entire machine horizontally, and this movement is completed by the trolley travel mechanism. In order to prevent the boom from hitting the upper structure of the ship or encountering a typhoon, the front beam can be pitched, and this movement is completed by the pitch mechanism.
