Inspection before unloading machinery operation

(1) Before boarding the unloading machinery, first check whether there are any operators or obstacles on the unloading machinery's travel track and within its moving range; check whether the anchoring device, anti-climbing iron wedge, windproof cable and wheel clamp are complete and intact. The anchoring device, windproof cable and anti-climbing iron wedge should be removed to make them unanchored.

(2) When boarding the unloading machinery for a shift change, the ship unloader should be checked and confirmed along the boarding route. Check whether the main cable is twisted, injured or loose at the fixed part; check whether the funnel system is intact; check the safety of the grab bucket connector and the wear of the grab bucket wire rope. If any abnormality is found, it should be reported and handled in time.

(3) Check whether the wire rope and wire rope joint are normal; if there is any looseness, it should be tightened.

(4) Check the front and rear beams of the unloading machinery to confirm whether there are any obstacles on the main trolley, rope trolley track and within its moving range, and whether there are any abnormalities on the trolley track.

(5) Check the wear of the lifting opening and closing mechanism, the wire rope of the rope-supporting trolley tensioning mechanism, and the brake pads of each brake.

(6) Check the lubrication of each lubrication point of the unloading machinery, and check whether the oil volume in the oil tank, reducer, etc. meets the requirements.
