Overview of hoisting machinery
Hoisting machinery refers to electromechanical equipment used for vertical lifting or vertical lifting and horizontal movement of heavy objects. Hoisting machinery is divided into: bridge cranes, gantry cranes, tower cranes, mobile tire cranes, portal cranes, elevators, cable cranes, mast cranes, mechanical parking equipment, among which bridge cranes, gantry cranes, mobile tire cranes, portal cranes and mechanical parking equipment are our main products.
Lifting operation is an industrial process of transporting mechanical equipment or other objects from one place to another. Most hoisting machinery starts a vertical or vertical and horizontal working journey after the lifting device takes the material, unloads after reaching the destination, and then travels to the material taking location without any work, completing a working cycle, and then performs a second lifting. Generally speaking, when the hoisting machinery is working, taking, moving and unloading are carried out in sequence, and the work of each corresponding mechanism is intermittent. Hoisting machinery is mainly used to carry pieced items. After being equipped with a grab bucket, it can carry bulk materials such as coal, ore, and grain. After being equipped with a bucket, it can lift liquid materials such as molten steel. In some use cases, lifting equipment is also the main operating machinery, for example, cranes for loading and unloading materials at ports and stations are the main operating machinery.
Hoisting machinery lifts or lifts and moves heavy objects through lifting hooks or other picking devices. The working process of hoisting machinery generally includes steps such as lifting, running, lowering and returning to the original position. The lifting mechanism lifts the heavy object from the picking location through the picking device, moves the heavy object through the running, rotating or luffing mechanism, and returns to the original position after lowering the heavy object at the designated location.
