Electric Mobile Tire Crane
An electric tire crane is a type of boom crane that runs on a tire chassis. It consists of two parts: the upper and the lower. The upper part is the lifting operation part, equipped with a boom, a lifting mechanism, an amplitude-changing mechanism, a counterweight, and a turntable. The lower part is the support and walking part. The upper and lower parts are connected by a rotary bearing. When lifting heavy objects, the outriggers are usually lowered, the support area is increased, and the body is leveled to ensure the stability of the crane. It is mainly used for loading and unloading bulk and piece goods in places such as ports, docks, warehouses, and freight yards where operations are frequent and infrequent. It is powered by a three-phase power source, and three motors respectively drive the lifting, rotating, and amplitude-changing mechanisms to achieve the free lifting, lowering, rotating, and amplitude-changing actions of the load with 50% load.
