Bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer classification: Bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer is divided into arm type and bridge type according to the structure.
1. Structural composition of arm type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer.
The arm type bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer consists of bucket wheel mechanism, upper metal structure, cantilever belt conveyor, walking mechanism, pitching mechanism, slewing mechanism, middle hopper, auxiliary structure, tail car, counterweight, dust removal system, lubrication system, high and low voltage electrical room, driver's room, electrical system, etc.
The bucket wheel mechanism consists of bucket, wheel body, arc baffle, drive mechanism and material slide plate, etc. The bucket wheel mechanism takes the bulk material to the cantilever belt conveyor by excavation and lifting, and is the working mechanism for taking materials.
The upper steel structure consists of front arm frame, door column, front tie rod, rear tie rod and counterweight frame, etc., which is the main steel structure of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer.
The cantilever belt conveyor consists of driving roller, redirecting roller, roller and belt driving mechanism, etc. The belt conveyor can move forward and backward to achieve the stacking and retrieving functions.
The walking mechanism consists of a balance beam, a trolley frame, a wheel set and a trolley drive mechanism. The walking speed can be infinitely variable. Low speed is used when stacking and retrieving, and high speed is used when shunting, which saves time and improves work efficiency.
The pitch mechanism consists of a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic oil station. The overall swing of the upper steel structure is driven by the pitch mechanism to achieve stacking and retrieving of different parts of the bucket wheel machine.
The slewing mechanism consists of an upper seat ring, a lower seat ring, a slewing bearing and a slewing drive mechanism. To achieve stacking and retrieving within the range of ±110° of the belt conveyor.
The structural forms of the tail car are divided into single tail car, return tail car, double tail car and full-function tail car. Single tail car can achieve one-way stacking and one-way retrieving functions; return tail car can achieve one-way stacking and one-way retrieving functions; double tail car can achieve one-way stacking and two-way retrieving functions; full-function tail car can achieve two-way stacking and two-way retrieving functions.
2. Bridge-type bucket wheel excavators are divided into gantry bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer and bridge bucket wheel reclaimer
Gantry bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer
Gantry bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer: It has a gantry-shaped metal frame and a movable beam that can be raised and lowered. There are two fixed belt conveyors and a movable and bidirectional stacking belt conveyor on the movable beam. A tail car running with the gantry is provided on the material field belt conveyor line on one side of the gantry. The plain bucket wheel mechanism is installed on a trolley that can run along the lifting movable beam through a circular roller, a supporting wheel, and a blocking wheel mechanism. When stacking materials, the materials are transferred to the stacking belt conveyor through the material field belt conveyor and the tail car, and finally dumped to the material field. Through the movement of the movable beam and the operation of the stacking belt conveyor on it, the materials are formed into a pile of materials of a certain shape. When retrieving materials, the trolley running horizontally and the rotating bucket wheel on it continuously retrieve the materials, and the materials are unloaded to the movable beam belt conveyor in the unloading area, and finally transferred to the material field belt conveyor for transportation. The material pile can be completely taken out by lifting the movable beam and operating the gantry.
Bridge-type bucket wheel reclaimer
The main structural differences between the bridge-type bucket wheel reclaimer and the gantry bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer are: it does not have a tall gantry, the bridge is fixed and does not rise and fall, and is in a lower position; there is no stacking belt conveyor and tail car; there is a material rake fixed on the trolley in front of the bucket wheel. When the trolley is running, it drives the material rake to move along the end face of the material pile, so that the bulk material on it slides down so that the bucket wheel can take the material. The material rake can also mix the materials stacked in layers by the stacker according to different materials when they slide down, so it is often called a bridge-type bucket wheel mixing reclaimer.
