The Operation Capacity Of Screw-type Continuous Unloader
The ship unloadingquota efficiency ranges from 100T/H to 2700T/H, meeting the needs of bulk cargo operations along the river and the coast. High ship unloading efficiency: mainly manifested in the high filling coefficient of the material in the spiral conveying pipeline, often working close to full load: due to the installation of a unique feeding device (reverse feeding spiral head), the filling coefficient can reach 70~90%; secondly, the spiral machine can often work close to full load: its vertical arm can lift, lower and swing with the pitching of the arm frame, and can rotate left and right 100 degrees with the rotating tower, plus the walking function of the ship unloader, the feeding head can flexibly reach every corner of the warehouse, and the feeding device also has the function of automatic loosening and digging, so no matter how the fluidity of the material is, before the material layer is only 30cm ~ 50cm thick from the bottom of the cabin, the ship unloader can work close to full load without interruption, thus achieving continuous ship unloading operation, its average production rate utilization coefficient is 75%, and it can reach 95% when unloading cement. The remaining material is about 20-30cm, and the amount of clearing is small. The amount of material that really needs the rake machine to assist in unloading is less than 5% of the total loading amount at the hatch, while the grab ship unloader needs the rake machine to assist in clearing the warehouse. The amount is about 50%, so under the same rated ship unloading efficiency conditions, the actual capacity of the spiral ship unloader is about 20% larger than that of the grab ship unloader, and the average efficiency coefficient of ship unloading can reach 75%, while the bridge grab ship unloader is only 50%~60%. This stable working nature can reduce the configuration capacity of the rear conveyor system, thereby reducing costs.
