Structural features of ship loaders
The main mechanisms of ship loaders are: traveling mechanism, boom pitching mechanism, boom telescopic mechanism, boom belt mechanism, chute mechanism, cable winding mechanism, etc. In use, the traveling position, rotation position, pitching angle, and telescopic chute length can be adjusted to meet the position requirements of the cabin. Continuous bulk ship loaders usually cannot operate independently and must work in conjunction with ground belt conveyors.
(1) The traveling mechanism consists of a traveling device, a gantry, an anchor, a rail clamp, etc.
(2) The tower structure consists of a tower, a driver's cab, a boom belt drive device, a boom pitching drive device, etc.
(3) A main boom is installed in front of the tower. The rear end of the main boom is connected to the tower (on the upper part of the gantry) by a pin. The front end of the main boom is supported by a wire rope on the top of the tower and pitches up and down by winding the wire rope. In addition, wheels are installed at the top and bottom of the main arm, which together support the telescopic arm. The front end of the main arm is also equipped with a drive device for the telescopic arm. The front end of the telescopic arm is connected to the telescopic chute with a pin; the other end is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder to swing the chute, and a rotating platform is provided on the top of the telescopic cylinder. The rotating platform is equipped with a rotating drive device for the chute.
(4) The tail car is composed of outriggers, a tail car frame, a funnel, etc., and is composed of connecting rods and a tower.
