Introduction Of Screw-type Continuous Unloader

Spiral continuous ship unloader is a kind of ship unloading machinery that uses horizontal screw conveyor, vertical screw conveyor and special feeding device as the main working mechanism. It is a kind of efficient continuous bulk cargo ship unloader. The mechanical rotation of the spiral mechanism lifts and transports the material to the rear dock of the efficient continuous ship unloader. The spiral ship unloader mainly consists of vertical arm, horizontal arm, rotating tower, end spiral conveyor and gantry and other components. The vertical arm includes a box-type cover and a vertical screw conveyor. The vertical screw conveyor consists of an inner screw and an outer screw shell. The inner screw is used for vertical lifting of materials, and the outer screw is used for material loosening and feeding. The horizontal arm includes a box-type arm frame and a horizontal screw conveyor. When unloading, first lower the reverse spiral feeding device into the material to be unloaded. The material is pushed down by the forward spiral in the feeding device, and then squeezed by the feeding spiral to the center lifting reverse spiral. The reverse spiral then transports the material to the spiral lifting pipe, and then the inner spiral lifts the material vertically, and then transports the material to the predetermined receiving place through the horizontal conveyor. Advantages: light structure, fully sealed, good performance, can better prevent dust leakage and noise pollution, easy operation, low labor intensity of site personnel, more suitable for materials with poor fluidity (such as lumpy materials) ship unloading, compared with the same productivity ship unloader, its self-weight is the lightest. Many foreign countries are using it, such as Belgium, Saudi Arabia, the United States and the Netherlands.
