Small and medium-sized spiral unloaders generally require the material size to not exceed 50mm, and the maximum allowable material size of large spiral unloaders can reach 350mm.

Each organization can propose AC frequency conversion, DC, and hydraulic control schemes according to actual needs for users to choose. The operation is simple, easy to realize automated operation, and can greatly reduce the number of dock workers.
Because its vertical arm feeding device and horizontal arm conveying structure are all fully enclosed structures, and the rear discharge point adopts an independently operated dust-proof aggregate system, the whole process is pollution-free, no leakage, no dust, and can reduce the dust pollution of the dock unloading operation by 90%. And the grab unloader is prone to cause dust flying at the grab exit, air operation, and grab unloading. Now the country’s requirements for environmental protection are getting higher and higher, and the environmental pressure is very high.
