Bucket wheel stacker reclaimer components

The arm-type bucket wheel stacker reclaimer consists of a bucket wheel mechanism, a slewing mechanism, a belt conveyor, a tail car, and a pitch and running mechanism.

① Bucket wheel mechanism: It is the working mechanism for reclaiming materials, including a bucket wheel and its drive device. Bucket wheels are divided into three types: plain, semi-plain and plain. The bucket of the plain bucket wheel has no bottom. In the non-discharging area, the arc baffle fixed on the arm is used to block the bulk material in the bucket, and the bulk material slides on the arc baffle. In the discharging area, there is no arc baffle but a fixed inclined chute. When the bucket rotates with the wheel body to the discharging area, the material in the bucket slides onto the belt conveyor through the inclined chute under the action of its own weight. Its discharging range is large, so the bucket wheel speed is high, which can improve the operating capacity and can unload sticky materials. The structure of the semi-format bucket wheel is similar to that of the plain bucket wheel, except that the bucket wall is extended to the center of the bucket wheel to increase the distance between the arc baffle and the wheel body to reduce the possibility of material jamming between the arc baffle and the wheel body. The bottom of each bucket of the formatted bucket wheel is a fan-shaped inclined chute, but there are fixed side baffles in the non-discharging area. When the bucket rotates to a certain height with the wheel body, the bulk material in the bucket begins to slide along the fan-shaped inclined chute to the center of the bucket wheel. After the bucket reaches the discharging area, the bulk material slides to the belt conveyor through the inclined chute and the discharging plate because there is no side baffle to block it. The formatted bucket wheel unloads slowly and requires a larger bucket wheel diameter, but it will not cause material jamming and is suitable for hard materials. The plain bucket wheel is the most widely used among the three types of bucket wheels. The bucket wheel has two transmission modes: mechanical and hydraulic, and generally does not require speed regulation.

②Slewing mechanism: It consists of a slewing bearing and a drive device to make the arm swing left and right. In order to ensure that the bucket shovel can be fully loaded when the boom is in any position, the rotation speed is required to be automatically and steplessly adjusted according to a certain rule within the range of 0.01 to 0.2 rpm. Most of them are driven by DC motors or hydraulics.

③ Boom belt conveyor: used for conveying materials. During stacking and retrieving operations, the conveyor belt needs to run in forward and reverse directions.

④ Tail car: a mechanism that connects the material field belt conveyor with the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer. The conveyor belt of the material field belt conveyor passes around the two rollers on the tail car frame and runs in an S shape, so that the materials can be transferred from the material field belt conveyor to the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer during stacking.

⑤ Pitching mechanism and running mechanism: both are similar to the corresponding mechanisms in the portal crane.
