The structure of the screw type ship unloader

The machine is mainly composed of metal structure, conveying system, auxiliary working mechanism, operation control system and other parts.

The metal structure includes the gantry and supporting cylinder, the turntable on the cylinder, the horizontal supporting arm, the vertical supporting arm, etc. The gantry adopts a box-shaped structure, and the gantry legs often adopt one rigid and one flexible leg to avoid the wheel gnawing the rail due to the deformation of the gantry. The slewing bearing device adopts a rolling bearing slewing bearing, and the horizontal arm and the vertical arm can adopt a tubular structure or a box structure. For the horizontal arm with a long horizontal conveying distance, a secondary truss should be added to enhance its rigidity. The tail end of the horizontal arm is equipped with a live counterweight to balance the self-weight of the vertical arm and the vertical screw conveyor. The conveying system of the screw type ship unloader consists of a vertical arm screw conveyor, a relatively rotating material taking device, a horizontal arm screw conveyor and a gantry screw conveyor. A belt conveyor system is generally used behind the dock. The auxiliary working mechanism of the ship unloader includes the traveling mechanism of the ship unloader, the slewing mechanism of the slewing part, the pitching hydraulic cylinder of the horizontal arm and the horizontal arm screw conveyor on it, the vertical arm and the vertical arm screw conveyor on it, and the swinging hydraulic cylinder of the reclaimer.

When the screw type ship unloader is working, the reclaimer head is inserted into the material pile in the cabin. The reverse rotating reclaimer not only feeds the material into the vertical arm screw conveyor, but also prevents the material from being thrown out due to the centrifugal force generated by the rapid acceleration along the circumferential direction after entering the conveying pipe. The material entering the vertical arm screw conveyor is lifted and transferred to the horizontal arm screw conveyor through the discharge port, and then transported to the transfer funnel at the center of the rotation, and then transferred to the front belt conveyor parallel to the dock through the gantry screw conveyor. The screw type ship unloader uses the reclaiming device to automatically loosen and dig materials. The head of the machine can reach various positions in the cabin by using the walking of the frame, the rotation of the fuselage, and the pitch hydraulic cylinder and the swing hydraulic cylinder, ensuring that the materials flow continuously and uninterruptedly in the unloader conveying system at a high filling rate. The material transportation method at the dock can be determined according to the specific requirements of the loading and unloading process. The materials can be sent to the yard or silo for temporary storage through the belt conveyor system; they can also be directly loaded into the truck through the loading funnel; or they can be sent to the ship loader by the belt conveyor to load the barge.
