Working principle of crane

Crane is a kind of lifting equipment commonly used in industry, construction and other fields. Its working principle is mainly described as follows:

1. Structural composition: Crane is mainly composed of hook, wire rope, drum, motor and control system.

2. Hook operation: The hook connects the object to be hoisted and supports and lifts it through the wire rope. The hook usually has functions such as rotation and slewing, which is convenient for hoisting objects in all directions.

3. Motor and drum: The motor of the crane drives the wire rope on the drum to lift and lower the hoisted object. The motor controls the lifting speed and movement direction through the signal of the control system.

4. Control system: Crane is usually equipped with a control system to control the movement of the hook through a joystick or button. The control system can realize various movements of the hook such as rising, falling, moving forward, backward, and rotating.

5. Safety device: Crane is usually equipped with various safety devices, such as overload protection, limit device, phase failure protection, etc., to ensure safety and stability during the lifting process.

Generally speaking, the working principle of a crane is to lift and lower the hoisted object through a motor and drum, and to control the movement of the hook through a control system. The application of various safety devices can effectively ensure the safety of the hoisting process.
